Dante Howard
Owner, Howard Auditing Group LLC
Dante Howard is the owner of Howard Audit Group LLC, which he founded in 2023. He brings over a decade of experience in local government consulting and public-sector auditing. Dante began working with Albert Holler & Associates since 2014 in several roles.
His professional background includes serving as a sales tax auditor for the City of Gilbert, as well as holding roles as an Audit Selection Specialist and Audit Supervisor with Albert Holler & Associates. Throughout his career, Dante has audited numerous municipalities and multinational organizations, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of complex regulatory environments and large-scale financial operations.
Outside of his professional work, Dante is a devoted family man. He has been married to his wife since 2020 and is the proud father of a daughter. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and their dog.
Jonathan Holler
Compliance Auditor
Jonathan Holler is a Compliance Auditor with experience serving cities and towns across Arizona. Since 2020, he has worked as a contracted auditor, specializing in ensuring taxpayer compliance with state and local tax codes while fostering positive, professional relationships with taxpayers and government entities.
Jonathan played collegiate baseball at Gateway Community College, where his team finished second nationally. He then earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Business at Arizona State University. Jonathan began his auditing career with Albert Holler & Associates in 2019, advancing from office management into audit selection and conducting desk reviews. His strong performance led to expanded responsibilities, including managing complex audit situations for business entities at the state and national stage and driving improvements in overall office efficiency. He takes pride in ensuring taxpayer compliance while delivering a professional and positive audit experience.
Outside of work, Jonathan remains actively involved in athletics, participating in adult softball leagues during the week. He enjoys attending Arizona sporting events and values spending time outdoors as a way to unwind and recharge.
George Grafakos, CPM
Local Government Consultant
With decades of experience in tax auditing and compliance, George Grafakos, CPM brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Local Government Consultant at Howard Auditing Group. He previously worked with Albert Holler and Associates and held senior positions at the City of Tempe, Arizona Department of Revenue, and Minnesota Office of the State Auditor, where he specialized in sales tax and government auditing.
George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Certified Public Manager (CPM) designation. His broad experience allows him to expertly guide businesses and government agencies through complex tax challenges, ensuring compliance and optimizing financial strategies.
Victoria Larini
Contract Auditor
Victoria Larini is a contract auditor and local government consultant serving cities across Arizona. She brings a practical, thoughtful approach to her work, with a strong focus on communication, critical thinking, and adapting to each city’s unique needs. Victoria enjoys helping people by simplifying complex processes and ensuring they feel confident in the results. She is motivated by solving challenges and seeing projects through to successful outcomes.
Outside of work, Victoria values time with family and friends. She enjoys cooking, baking, and traveling and being with her dog. Victoria is engaged and excited to be married spring of this year.
Gabriella Grace Denson
Contract Auditor
Gabriella Grace Denson is a contract auditor and local government consultant for the State of Arizona, supporting audit processes with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. She graduated from high school in 2023 at the top of her class in Arizona, where she developed a solid work ethic and a passion for organized, reliable work.
In her role, Gabriella assists with reviewing documentation, supporting compliance efforts, and maintaining clear, well-organized records.
She is known for being dependable, easy to work with, and focused on delivering quality results. She is motivated to continue learning, growing her skills in auditing, and contributing positively to the integrity and efficiency of state operations.
Outside of work, Gabriella enjoys spending time with her family, trying new experiences, and going fishing whenever she can. She likes to keep things fun, stay grounded, and enjoy life outside of the office.
